Shipping Policy
Our online store currently ships to:

- Effective February 6, 2024, MCC recommends using FedEx for International shipping.

We attempt to keep all items in stock, however upon receipt of your order; our staff will establish whether the ordered items are available for immediate shipment. If there is problem or delay in fulfilling your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.
All Orders
All orders, including downloadable items, require name, address, and credit card validation before a charge is authorized and the order is shipped. Incorrect information may delay shipment. Orders will be shipped the same working day when possible. Shipments will be made Monday - Friday, except Holidays.

Orders may be cancelled by telephone (1-609-466-1751) or by email at Sales@mcc-us.com up to the time of shipment.

Shipping Charges
Order shipping charges are determined by the weight, size, destination, and shipping method of the order. Unless otherwise noted, shipping point is Hopewell, New Jersey, 08525 USA. Freight Collect, charging the customer's shipping carrier account, is available. At checkout enter FREIGHT-COLLECT coupon and add a note with your freight carrier account number.
Order Confirmation
Customers will receive a notification by e-mail when our sales department receives the order.
Shipment Confirmation
Customers will receive notification by e-mail when the order is shipped. This e-mail will include the order tracking number.
Order Status
If you need to check the status of your order, please click on My Account on any page.
Non-delivery
In the unlikely event of proven non-delivery, we will happily replace the item or offer a refund.
